📌 Overview

The Hyundai R550VS (Robex 550VS) is a 55-ton class large hydraulic crawler excavator manufactured by HD Hyundai Infracore (formerly Hyundai Construction Equipment). It belongs to the VS (Variable Speed) series, which is engineered for heavy-duty operations such as mining, quarrying, large-scale earthmoving, and major infrastructure projects.

The "VS" designation stands for Variable Speed System, an advanced technology that automatically adjusts engine speed to match the workload, significantly improving fuel efficiency and reducing emissions.
